What is your refund/returns policy?

If you receive an order from us and you wish to return/swap it. We will be happy to assist you in this providing we have received the product back in it's original condition within 28 days of purchase. 


What warranty do you have on your products?

We have a 2 year warranty on all our products. If you return a product to us that is defected or has a fault not due to wear and tear, we will repair and if needs be replace your product free of charge. After this 2 year warranty we may be able to repair products but this is at our discretion and you as the customer will need to cover all postage costs. 


What if I damage a product and it is my fault, will you fix it?

If you return a product to us that is damaged due to excessive abuse, an incident or wear and tear (e.g. you've ripped your sleeping bag on a crampon). We will do our best to repair it, but may charge you for the cost of the repair and will expect you to cover postage fees. Remember your honesty goes a long way and we love to see our kit getting some good use!

How long will delivery take?

We send all our deliveries via royal mail. Products are generally dispatched the following day of your order. We offer these delivery options.

Standard Delivery (3.95) -  3- 5 working days 

Express Delivery (7.95) -  2-3 working days

Next Day delivery (£18) -  1pm next day


What size sleeping bag do I need?

The regular length sleeping bags will fit someone of up 6' 2" in length quite comfortably without it being tight at the head or feet. The long length sleeping bags will have a similar fit on someone up to about 6' 6". Our bags are designed to fit the body well. This means the bags are warmer, more compact and lighter. A well fitting sleeping bag should feel snug but not tight.

Any chance of a discount? 

No. Not unless you're a member of the Mountain Training Association. But well done for trying! Bare in mind that our products are some of the best value on the market. You are already getting a great deal!

How do I clean my down sleeping bag?

We strongly recommend using Mountaineering Designs. They have over 40 years experience in the business of cleaning and refurbishing down equipment and will give you expert advice, before you decide whether to use their services or not.
